Phill started his musical career already very small. Just six years started playing the violin. The approach takes only one year, then switch to guitar, so he began his adventure as guitarist being influenced by artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Genesis, George Benson, Larry Carlton.
At 16 form the first group called "Fuchsia", 22 decides to leave for America, a land where mother was born her grandmother Claire. In 1986, then, arrives in Boston for five years where he attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music have the opportunity to investigate the expressiveness of the language of music and learn about artists like Pat Metheny, Mike Stern, Hiram Bullok, Yellowjackets, etc. ... lasciandosi influenzare piacevolmente dallo stile jazz-fusion.
Dopo 5 anni torna in Italia ed inizia quindi la sua carriera da professionista suonando con i più grandi artisti italiani. Viene richiesto come turnista da: Ramazzotti, Zucchero, Renato Zero, Giorgia, Patty Pravo, Loredana Bertè, Anna Oxa, Donatella Rettore, ecc...
Attualmente è il Direttore Artistico dell'FSRecording Studio, sala di registrazione di cui è proprietario e nel quale opera come produttore, arrangiatore, musicista e fonico.
Ha realizzato una collana di cd new age, e produzioni discografiche per conto terzi, tuttora in fase operativa. Imminente è la partenza per il prossimo tour con Donatella Rettore con la quale collabora dal '90 vantando la produzione discografica e gli arrangiamenti. Da quest'anno inizia ad immaginare il suo futuro come artista solista, dando alla luce quelle produzioni musicali che sono rimaste nel suo bagaglio personale e che sente di aver maturato.
